About this role

Billyard Insurance Group (BIG) is hiring full-time P&C insurance brokers at its Mississauga West, Mississauga East, Oakville and Vaughan branches, plus a remote role open anywhere in Ontario.

You'll build your own book through prospecting, networking, events and referral partners such as realtors, mortgage brokers and dealerships. You'll assess client needs, quote personal and commercial lines through insurer portals, negotiate with underwriters and close, then hand clients to a dedicated service team.

You bring: a high school diploma, 2+ years in insurance or high-performance sales, and an active RIBO licence (or an OTL licence converted before you start).

Pay is uncapped commission on new business and, where applicable, renewals, with no base salary and the chance to build an interest in your book over time. BIG adds AI-assisted underwriting and lead tools, supplementary digital leads, broad carrier access, mentoring from senior brokers, and hybrid work.
