WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP SUMMIT 2027

Saanjh

A business-first leadership day, owned and led by women.

Winter 2027 · Downtown Toronto · 150–200 women leaders

Be first to know when tickets open in December.

The idea

You can only dream as far as you can see.

Women in our community are founding companies, running practices, leading teams and holding public office. Too few of their stories reach the women coming up behind them. Saanjh puts them on a proper stage, in their own words.

A name our community already knows

A shared bond. What you hold in common with the people beside you.

The meaning: Kinship, partnership, common ground. A bond built side by side, not top-down.

The theme: Woven, not stacked. Every woman who tells her story adds a thread for the woman who comes after her.

The vision: A bond that outlasts the day. The summit starts it, and the Women's Leadership Council carries it all year.

One bond between the women on stage, the women in the seats and the women coming next. Our partners become part of it.

The day

  • Visibility: Real stories about what it took.
  • Access: Mentors, career sponsors and rooms that are otherwise hard to reach.
  • Continuity: The summit launches a Women's Leadership Council that meets all year.

Who's in the room

Founders, executives, professionals, clinicians, creatives and public leaders, alongside students and new grads. Every woman is welcome.

  • Reach: 150–200 women leaders in the room, and a community of 2,500+.
  • Your leaders, seen: On stage, moderating, or opening the day.
